30 March HIDDEN COAST AND HINTERLAND East

Leader: Bev Koellner
Distance: 12 km
Grade: Moderate
Terrain: Forest trails, footpaths and beach
Meeting Point Tathra Public School, Bega Street, Tathra
Time 9.00 am
This lovely circular ramble includes everything a good bushwalker wants, from spectacular coastal scenery to delightful remnant rainforest with giant trees. Much of the district's early history is seen and explained along the way. It's a great start to this year's programme.

I'll post a new section for each of the walks as soon as the previous one is completed. By accessing this site anyone can upload comments and/or photos of the walk from their own computer.

It might take a while for us to get the hang of it, but I think it will work well for sharing our photos and ideas/thoughts/comments.

Maybe not - at this stage, anyone can make comments, but uploading photos might be something I'll need to do (or any volunteer/s) initially - at least until I can figure out how we can all do it.

Hi BVW Blogmaster,
Excellent to have the program etc. online
since my printer etc. was struck by lightning.
Just testing this sytem.
Have you seen http://bushwalk-tasmania.com/forum/
They are so computer competent I am
surprised they have the time to cultivate their bushwalking skills.
Regards robl.

That looks really thorough Rob. Hopefully we can get some of the BVWs to get active online as well as in the bush.
